

It’s that time of year again!!! It’s time for football! My family are huge football fans. We have always watched football together for as long as I can remember. Football season brings back so many great memories!
My family keep the tradition going. Every year we all get together on Sundays or whatever day our team is playing and watch the game. Of course we always have snacks and food!
It was always tough being together and being the only one who couldn’t enjoy all of the yummy treats. But, I have learned to adapt and create my own healthier snacks not only for me but for my family.
Thats why I decided to make a sugar free snack mix that is not only delicious but much healthier for my kiddos than a bag of chips.
here is what I used, ( you can add or subtract any ingredients to make it more appealing to your taste buds and caloric needs.)

– 2 Cups of pretzels
– 1 1/2 Cups of Skinny Pop white cheddar popcorn
– 1 Cup of Simple Mills Pop Mmms
– 1 Cup Lilly’s Candy Coated chocolates
Mix together in a large bowl and enjoy!
I love this mix because it’s the perfect mix of sweet and salty.
